Beaches
Viña del Mar has a great variety of places to visit and activities that will surely keep you entertained. Visiting its beaches is one of them. From north to south, the main beaches are:
Cochoa Beach:
It is a small strip of sand with large rocks that give it a more rugged appearance than the rest. It also has a small lookout for a good view of the beach if you want to get a great picture of the coast.
Playa Reñaca:
It is located in the Reñaca sector. It is a very long beach, with a length of almost 2 kilometers, and has a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.
Playa Las Salinas:
A promontory covers this beach and Playa Los Cañones. Located between the coastal road to Reñaca, to the north, and Playa del Deporte, to the south, Playa Las Salinas is one of the most traditional seaside resorts of Viña del Mar’s coastal offer.
Playa del Deporte:
Located in the Las Salinas sector, it is a beach of calm waters, golden sand and has a large number of sports facilities.
El Sol Beach:
Bordered to the north by the old Maritime Sanatorium and to the south by the Vergara Pier, while it is located next to San Martin Avenue.
Acapulco Beach: It is the easiest to access from the center of the city, since it is only a few minutes walk away, which is why it attracts many locals on weekends.
Caleta Abarca Beach:
It is also a beach of calm waters and golden sand, with an extension of approximately 700 meters.

National Botanical Garden
This beautiful garden has more than 3,000 species of plants, both native and exotic, and is an ideal place to take a relaxing walk and enjoy nature.
With an extension of 400 acres, the great variety of plants and flowers are divided into sections representing different regions of Chile. Strolling through the grounds is a great way to contemplate the beauty of the gardens and breathe fresh air. In addition, the park has a lake and a small zoo, perfect for families with children.

Flower Clock
This flower clock is a popular tourist attraction in Viña del Mar, with a diameter of 40 meters and more than 8,000 flowering plants, it is an impressive and unique sight.
It is located in the center of the city, on Libertad Avenue and 1 Norte.
The flower clock is a giant floral clock located in a circular garden surrounded by palm trees and other ornamental plants. It was created in 1962 by Swiss landscape architect Gustav Ammann and has a metal structure with a diameter of 40 meters. The clock face is composed of more than 8,000 flowers of different colors, mainly petunias, which are changed every season to keep the clock always colorful and beautiful.

Wulff Castle
The Wulff Castle is a beautiful building located in the city of Viña del Mar. It was built in the early 20th century and has become a popular tourist attraction due to its picturesque architecture and panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.
The castle is a neo-Gothic style structure, with a cone-shaped tower and a terrace overlooking the sea. It was built by German businessman Gustavo Wulff, who lived there with his family until the property was sold to the Chilean government in 1959.
Today, the building is an art museum, which houses a variety of exhibits by local and international artists. The museum also offers guided tours for visitors, which include information about the history of the castle and its cultural significance.

Fonck Museum
It is a museum located in the city of Viña del Mar, Chile, which has a wide variety of exhibits related to the history, culture and archeology of the region.
The museum is known for its collection of Chinchorro mummies, which are some of the oldest mummies in the world, more than 7,000 years old. It also has a large number of objects and artifacts related to Mapuche culture, as well as exhibits on the natural history of the region.
In addition to permanent exhibits, the Fonck Museum also features temporary exhibits covering a wide variety of topics. It also has a gift store and cafeteria on site.
The building itself is a former palace built in 1907, which has been restored and renovated to house the museum.

This city is just over 20 minutes away by bus.
